Delivery and Returns

Here’s everything you need to know about delivery costs and how to return goods if you need to.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. The Print Space has printing studios in the EU (Germany) UK and US, which essentially means faster delivery to you if you live in one of these regions.

Depending on the size print, prints are shipped either in a reinforced tube or flat packaging to ensure they arrive safe and undamaged.

Orders ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and depending on your location should arrive within 5 - 10 business days of you making your order.

It is possible that due to COVID related issues, delivery may take longer than expected. This may also be the case around Christmas when postage is generally slower. If you haven’t received your print after 15 business days, drop me a line at des at desclark.photos, and I’ll look into it.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

The prints are shipped in extremely sturdy packaging and I’ve never yet received any reports of the prints being damaged in transit. However, in the unlikely event that they are I’m happy to replace it for you free of charge. Send me an image with a photo of the damaged packaging, print and certificate to my email (above) and I’ll replace the print as well as cover the return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement.

If you’re unsatisfied with your print (other than shipping damage), I’m unable to offer refunds but the print can be exchanged for a different one of equal value within 15 days of you receiving it. In this case you’ll need to cover the shipping charge for the return, but the replacement print will be shipped free of charge.
