Delivery and Returns
Here’s everything you need to know about delivery costs and how to return goods if you need to.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I print all orders up to A3+ size. Orders for larger than A3+ will be printed by Kleurgamma, a long-established FineArt Photolab in Amsterdam.
Depending on the size print, prints are shipped either in a reinforced tube or flat packaging to ensure they arrive safe and undamaged. All shipping is tracked.
Orders will generally ship out within 72 hours of your purchase, and depending on your location should arrive within 5 - 10 business days of you making your order. If I am travelling or away from my print studio at the time of your order and will be unable to print within 72 hours, then I will contact you by email to arrange an appropriate timeframe.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
The prints are shipped in extremely sturdy packaging and I’ve never yet received any reports of the prints being damaged in transit. However, in the unlikely event that they are I’m happy to replace it for you free of charge. Send me an image with a photo of the damaged packaging, print and certificate to my email and I’ll replace the print as well as cover the return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement.
If you’re unsatisfied with your print (other than shipping damage), I’m unable to offer refunds but the print can be exchanged for a different one of equal value within 15 days of you receiving it. In this case you’ll need to cover the shipping charge for the return, but the replacement print will be shipped free of charge.
